Materials:
White and yellow polyester mesh ( thread counts from 24 to 180 threads /cm or 61 to 460t/inch)
Tension
Using tension meter we can stretch to your needs from 20N/cm to 40+N/cm
Frames
We use aluminum frames
Frame Preparation
Clean and degrease the frame thorougly to ensure the adhesive bonds properly and no contamination affects the final tension
Mesh stretching
Secure the mesh evenly on all four sides and stretch to the required tension, checking with a tension meter to ensure consistency across the entire frame
Adhesive bonding
Apply screen printing frame adhesive along all edges while the mesh is udner tension and allow full curing time before releasing
Trimming & quality check
Trim excess mesh, re-heck tension with the meter, and inspect for any uneven areas or loose spots before the frame is aproved for use.
Consistent, calibrated emulsion application on every screen - the right thickness for your mesh count and ink type. We also offer film emulsion.
